Self-Care Healing Meditation

We often hear the word 'self-care' but what does this mean? Some will say that there isn’t enough time in a day to take care of oneself let alone do everything else. This belief isn't true. We need to make time to care for oneself even when feeling drained and tired. Feeling exhausted is a time when self-care is essential. Caring for oneself doesn't have to be overwhelming.
