Connect Your Mind to Your Body


Many of us live a robotic existence with our well-memorized schedules as we go through our days. This type of living leaves us feeling detached from our body and mind; sometimes, we feel like we are observing our lives in a dream state. You can reconnect to your mind and body with mindful practices.

Your thoughts, feeling, and emotions are NOT WHO you REALLY are. They may be a part of who you are in this moment, but in the next moment, this perception can change.

Trust Your feelings, and then do something about it before the disconnection gets worse! Don’t override what you feel and take action.
