Hand Reflexology?

Hand Reflexology offers the same benefits as a Foot Reflexology. Hand reflexology can be done alone or be given in conjunction with a foot and ear reflexology session. Reflexology is administered by using application of thumb and finger pressure to specific points on the hand. Each specific point corresponds to an internal organ and other structures of the body to release energy blocks and toxic build-up.

The Ancient Healing Art of Reflexology?

Reflexology is a science and a 5,000 year healing art. Reflex points on the feet, hands, face, and ears represent the body in miniature. By stimulating the nerve pathways in hands, feet, ears and face will create an electrochemical flow that communicates with the entire nervous system to encourage the body to heal. Reflexology can dissolve stress and anxiety while reinforcing the body’s ability to stay healthy and vital.

Is Reflexology another word for “massage”? Foot Reflexology is generally misunderstood as a foot massage, but it is much more than that. Foot Reflexology is a scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all body parts. Reflexology is administered by using the application of thumb and finger pressure to specific points on the feet. Each specific point corresponds to an internal organ and other structure. The pressure allows the release of blocked energy and built up toxins. During a treatment, mental and physical tensions are released and a state of relaxation is induced. This allows the body to improve circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, encourages toxins to release and relaxes muscles.

Who can benefit from Reflexology sessions? All ages can benefit from Reflexology, including infants and children. We have clients as young as three months old to people in their 90’s seeking our services. You do not have to have an illness to have Reflexology.

Who can learn Reflexology? Everyone, including young children.  I have taught children as young as 3 years old where to press on their hands to relieve digestive and respiratory problems.

Everyone needs Reflexology for:

Relaxation! If you have never had a Reflexology session, the relaxation from a healing session is incredible. After a one-hoession some clients feel as though they had an entire night of sleep. Chances are good you will feel less stress in your spine, back, and head.

Stress Reliever! If you were stressed before a Reflexology session, you will leave feeling relaxed; and in most cases, your worries will be less intensified. How this does happen? One of the wonders of reflexology is that by working all organs reflex points, endorphins are created and stress just melts away. Most clients fall asleep during a healing session. Before you know it, many good nights’ sleep will be within your grasp.

Move those toxins! If you have been experiencing heartburn, digestion and constipation Reflexology will quiet these discomforts by supporting the liver, spleen and by encouraging the elimination of toxins.

Build the immune system! When that cold or virus bug comes looking for you, with regular reflexology there is a good chance that the bug will bypass you. If you have a strong immune foundation, you will have more of chance to fight off pathogens.

A feeling of well-being! Reflexology helps to quiet the brain and tame constant worries and anxiety. After a reflexology session, everyone loves the way they feel: balanced and peaceful. Reflexology helps keep all of your bodily and mental facilities in check.
